Our family had an amazing time enjoying the outdoor activities at the local mountains just 20 minutes away from St Clair Hotel Hostel. The city was bustling with excitement and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff at the hostel were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable.
My wife says that it would have been great if there were more family-friendly amenities available for younger children.

The location was perfect, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. The community atmosphere was lovely, with shared spaces for socializing and even morning coffee provided. The classic posters and Halloween decorations added a fun touch to the hostel. Despite some minor inconveniences, like the creeky bunk beds and lack of soundproofing, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this hostel.

I recently stayed at St. Clair Hotel in Vancouver for a few nights with friends. The location is amazing, right in the downtown core and within walking distance of everything. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even storing our luggage after check-out so we could explore the city before our flight. The 100-year-old building had a unique charm and the nautical decor added character. I appreciated the helpful staff, clean bathrooms, and the shelf full of tourist leaflets. Plus, the shared items leftover table was a necessary bonus for travelers. a great hostel experience.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a very comfortable hostel in an amazing location. The hostel is just a couple of blocks away from downtown's Pacific Centre and a skytrain station, making it easy to explore downtown and Gastown on foot. The linens were clean and the addition of an electric kettle was a nice touch. Despite some noise from other guests, it didn't hinder my overall experience.
